Help, FAQs, and contact information for the TalkTube Chrome extension.
No. TalkTube only processes publicly visible posts from your own Facebook session. It never reads, sends, or stores private messages beyond filling a pre-approved interview request into Messenger for you to review.
No. TalkTube operates within your normal logged-in Facebook session. If Facebook shows a CAPTCHA or security check, TalkTube pauses automation and notifies you to complete it manually.
Every post found during a scan is sent to TalkTube's backend where an AI model analyzes it for guest-intent signals (looking for guests, offering to be a guest, topic expertise). You receive a confidence score and intent label for each candidate.
When enabled in Settings, the extension automatically posts interview request comments on guest's public posts without requiring manual approval for each one. It includes duplicate protection, publication verification, and automatic retry on failure.
Yes. In Settings, set "Requests per Guest" (0 = disabled, N = comment on up to N posts per guest) and "Delay Between Comments" to control pacing.
Click the "Stop" button in the AI Guest Finder page, or click "Pause" in the extension popup. You can resume later with the "Resume Finding Guests" button.
This usually means the groups/pages scanned did not contain posts matching your topic. Try: (1) different keywords, (2) different groups/pages, (3) lower the "Minimum Match Score" in Settings. The status line will tell you if posts were analyzed but rejected by AI.
Only the candidates you approve and save are stored in your TalkTube account. Scanned posts are analyzed in real-time and not retained. You can disconnect at any time from the extension popup.
